PassPlus Course Information
Driving Instructors (fully qualified) can offer further driver training to improve your driving skills in the form of a PASSPLUS course when you have passed your practical driving test. The course involves a broader driving experience without the stress of another driving test and can lead to significantly lower insurance premiums.
The course involves training in the six modules listed below;
- Course Introduction and Town Driving
- All Weather Driving
- Out of Town Driving and Rural Roads
- Night Driving
- Dual Carriageways
- Motorways
In addition, STREETCLASS will endeavour to tailor the course to suit your requirements and would consider requests to travel to a distant destination that you may be travelling to on a regular basis (ie University / relative etc.).
Your driving instructor will also go the extra mile and cover things such as multi level carparks, filling up with fuel, car wash etc...if you specifically request it.
Your Driving Instructor has an obligation to complete a minimum of 1 hour per module and this can be covered to suit your own schedule, with all training being "signed off" jointly by the Pupil and the Driving Instructor.
A list of participating Insurers is available on request and it is strongly advised that you check on any discounts that may be available before placing your booking.
The cost of the course is often offset by the savings on your insurance premium and includes refreshments and lunch !!
